Summer H2O Video

This past summer, me and my classmates were assigned a project to read a book called "A Long Walk to Water". After we have finished reading the book/documentary we had to film a video about what we did, didn't, and wanted to learn from it.

Oil... Why You Gotta Be So Crude?

This term, I have been taking a class called Fuel. The topic of Fuel is to find more ways to use renewable fuels instead of non-renewable ones. Renewable fuels are energy sources that never run out, such as wind, solar, hydropower, biomass, and geothermal energy. Non-renewable fuels are fuels that we only have a limited supply of and have to find, like oil, coal, uranium, and natural gas. Non-renewable fuels are the cause of the greenhouse effect. The more we use them, the more global warming becomes an issue. During our FE (Field Experience), we learned how the Tesla company is making cars that run on electricity. In addition, Tesla is helping pave the way for alternative energy sources by manufacturing solar panels, solar powered home storage units, and electric semi-trucks. Celestial Senses

The universe is everything...everywhere...infinite. Everything that has ever existed and everything we have ever known makes up our universe. The Earth is only a tiny speck in a constantly expanding universe made of billions of stars and galaxies. Knowing what you know about light, sound, and time, do you think the universe could exist or operate without one of them? Without time, would we be able to move, develop, and evolve? Without light, we would, most likely, freeze and not be able to grow food. Without sound, we would not have instruments or music, or be able to hear warnings.
