Welcome to my final action project for the class called Cure. For this final unit of Cure, we mainly focused on math equations. But there were some other things like how a disease or disorder can be passed down in a family tree. For this action project, I will be coming up with a patient and making demographics for him. I named the patient Ted Lurchenson. He is a clothes designer who has high blood pressure passed down to him in his family tree. These demographics will contain information about his family tree, current lifestyle, etc. This action project relates to Cure because I am coming up with treatment options of many kinds to help cure this patient of high blood pressure. I do that by coming up with options for a new diet, exercise, and medications. I had a lot of fun making this action project and with this class. I hope you enjoy! We all have goals we want to fulfill. Some may be difficult and take time, like becoming an astronaut, and some may be as simple as cooking a nice meal for your fiance on Valentine's Day. There are many ways one can come up with a goal. In this case, almost every member of the Youngers family in A Raisin in the Sun  has a dream they want realized in life. For this Drama class action project, I made an audio recording of a scene from the play that includes a character I chose to analyze. The character I chose to study was Beneatha - a teenage girl with views different from her family's matriarch, Mama. I cannot give too much detail about her now, but, if you listen to the recording, you'll learn why I find her intriguing. She dreams of becoming a doctor and has trouble fitting into the framework of her grandmother's household. She is stubborn, spirited, and has a lot to learn. I hope you enjoy!
